We are a New Zealand based brand shipping to New Zealand and Australia 🤎

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Presale and limited edition items may have extended processing times which will be clearly stated on the product page.

New Zealand Shipping

Standard NZ shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Australia Shipping

Standard AU shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Presale Items

If your order contains a presale item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner than your presale piece, please email us at hello@sculptbyelle.com and we will arrange split shipping where possible.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels leave our facility, they are handled by the courier.

While we are not responsible for courier delays, we will always assist in investigating any issues.
